Imagine spending 2 days and 2 nights high in the hills overlooking beautiful Sunshine Coast, amongst breathtaking scenery, delicate green hills and amazing rainforests. Imagine spending those 2 days and 2 nights just looking after you.
 Can you dream a little dream of spending your weekend being massaged, gently stretching your body with yoga or pilates, relaxing in meditation, bushwalking, learning how to avoid stress in various workshops, laughing and enjoying gentle discussions about life, the universe and everything with friends new and old, and eating great nutritious food? Can you imagine nothing more important to do than choose which of these wonders will come first in your day?

balancenoosa apologises for any inconvenience, but we have no more places left at this retreat. We will be holding another one next year please let us know if you are interested in attending and we will contact you with more information as soon as we are able.
