Cancellations: As we will have made special preparations for your session/s, we require a minimum of 8 hours notice to
cancel or reschedule an appointment. If cancellation is less than 8 hours a 50% of the session fee will be charged and 100% if
less than one hour.
Public Holidays: a $12.00 surcharge will be charged for public holidays.
Distance Surcharge: There will be a surcharge for appointments outside the metropolitan area.
